Envista Holdings Corporation Tax Director, EMEA in Zurich, Switzerland

Job Description:

Prepares and maintains tax records, returns, reports and other related materials. Develops and implements a tax strategy including ways to minimize tax liability and alleviate or reduce tax burden. Researches and interprets tax laws and regulations.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of multinational, publicly-traded corporate tax experience, preferably across a mix of Big 4 and in-house roles, including extensive work with complex tax planning, tax accounting, and transfer pricing strategies.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics or related field required. Professional certification (Chartered accountant or equivalent) and/or advanced degree or tax law degree preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills, including ability to explain tax concepts and issues to non-tax stakeholders.

  • Team player

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities & timelines.

  • Quantitative analysis skills, including ability to review and analyze financial models.

  • Demonstrates ability to synthesize multiple sources of information, including broader stakeholder views and complex data to develop solutions and recommendations.

  • Demonstrates extensive abilities and/or a proven record of success in complex, multinational companies to understand and assess the tax impact of their operations and transactions in multiple jurisdictions.

  • Demonstrates extensive abilities and developing relationships across organization and working with teams in multiple geographies.
