Through taking over tasks in various areas of Customer Service (such as Order & Invoice Management, Returns & Claims Handling, Master Data Management and more), you'll gain invaluable insights into our processes and systems. This internship serves as an excellent foundation for anyone aspiring to pursue a career in a B2B Supply Chain / Customer Service environment in the prestige beauty industry.

Your profile:

• Customer and service-oriented mindset

• Strong team player with excellent communication skills

• Resilient, pro-active, and solution-oriented attitude

• Structured, organized, and process-oriented

• Proficiency in MS Office, German (C1), and English (B2)

Your responsibilities:

Your role and responsibilities will be based on the following pillars: Excellence in Execution, Learning & Decision Making, Problem Solving & Communication

• Order to Cash activities, such as external & internal order management and invoice handling

• Coordination of Event/Newness Management in SAP

• Cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Execution Planning and Finance

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints

• Analyzing PowerBI dashboards to drive KPI improvement
