Insight Global Agency Consultant in Zionsville, Indiana

Job Description

In this role, the Agency Consultant will be responsible for accurately entering and updating data related to agent onboarding in our systems, ensuring the management of large volumes of data with precision and attention to detail. Regular data audits will be performed to maintain data integrity and accuracy. The Consultant will also handle data manipulation tasks, including extracting, transforming, and loading data as required for various business needs, generating reports and summaries to support decision-making processes, and identifying and rectifying data discrepancies and inconsistencies.

Collaboration with the Sales and Business Operations teams will be essential to understand data requirements and deliverables. Effective communication with internal stakeholders will be necessary to discuss processes, procedures, and data-related issues.

The role also involves identifying opportunities for process improvements and contributing to the development of more efficient workflows. The specialist will assist in the creation and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for data-related tasks, ensuring continuous improvement in data management processes.

Skills and Requirements

  • Proven experience in data entry, data management, or a similar role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and data entry software.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with insurance industry practices and terminology is a plus. null
