Responsibilities

Oversees the activities of Customer Service Representatives or sales order processing staff. Develops customer service policies and procedures to ensure consistent customer service and satisfaction. Troubleshoots and resolves non-routine customer complaints. Resolves major problems with orders, delivery dates or service. Usually requires a degree and 1 years relevant experience or equivalent.

Tasks:

1) Resolves major problems with orders, delivery dates or service. Responds to customer requests and questions regarding service, products and account information. Use computer to access and/or update records or orders. Deal with returning products. Record Movex data.

2) Leads and controls activities of company warehouse personnel. Ensures shipping, receiving, storage, and distribution are performed in an efficient manner. Retains and reviews warehouse documents and reports.

3) Troubleshoots and resolves customer complaints or submit it to R&D. Feedback the resolving to customers. Survey contentment of customers on schedule.

Working Conditions:

The position is considered to be a minimum of 40hours per week and typically requires tremendous flexibility. The incumbent will be expected to travel both domestically and internationally(up to 10% of the time).

Qualifications

  1. College holder in either Business or Finance or above.

  2. Strong command of written English, Fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese essential, PC skill in Microsoft Word, Excel, and MRP Knowledge

  3. More than 1 year working experience related experience

  4. Familiar with products and procedure of ordering.

  5. Ability of analyze data and customers service.

  6. Technique of communication.
