1、根据既定生产工艺和产品质量要求，计划，遵循公司EHS方针，正确操作工厂的DCS，让工厂的生产操作达到质量，数量，计划和工艺的要求。

2、参加装置的三查四定、预试车、试车及开车。

3、支持DCS的测试工作（如FAT，逻辑回路和SIS测试工作），开发与生产相关的开停车SOP。

4、监控设备运行，控制面板（DCS），故障灯，报警信息，判断异常情况，确定并解决问题。

5、警示提醒相关人员（班长和班组成员）在操作中所发现的异常情况，数据偏差，误操作，可预见的故障，如：不能解决的工作缺陷，工作障碍，工作需求，不安全工艺，包括根据装置程序和标准记录问题的发生

6、根据指令，监视工艺操作生产中的温度，压力，流量和物料的反应和控制调整，通过控制装置的DCS系统, 当班确保按照工艺操作手册进行装置的操作。

7、确保装置工艺生产，检查，维修和EHS活动的记录准确地移交给下一班。确保完成所有工厂内所有EHS相关的工作内容。

8、根据EHS标准及班长的指令,行使对外来人员在装置内活动的监督职责。

1、职业学校或以上学历，化工工程或相关专业；

2、具备35年化工生产工作经验；

3、在专科学校有化工工厂操作员相关配套教育并获得出色成绩；

4、基本英语及电脑技能以致能够读懂DCS画面及使用MS office的相关软件，良好人际关系技巧。
