我们期望你

• 全面负责季铵盐车间工艺安全分析工作，对发现的工艺安全问题、隐患等在指定的时间范围内进行消除，确保生产工艺的安全

• 根据生产过程的偏差等，找出正确的解决方案，并进行设计，全面负责该车间的工艺变更工作，确保变更的安全和有效

• 全面负责该车间新产品的生产工作，完成新产品流程中所需要完成的工作内容，例如BOM，批次记录，物料能量衡算的建立

• 承担职位相对应的HSE职责

• 针对生产过程中出现的质量偏差进行原因分析并进行优化

• 优化车间生产，例如提高自动化，降低能源消耗，降低CO2排放

你将带来

• 化学工程与工艺或者相关化工类专业，任职期间主要从事的是工艺生产，工艺设计等与专业相关的工作。本科要求5年以上化工公司工作经验；硕士3年以上化工公司工作经验

• 能够熟练使用CAD等基本的化工软件，最好会使用ASPEN软件、能够计算PSV

• 良好的口头表达能力，大学英语6级及以上 ，能够阅读和翻译英文资料，能够用英文和国外同事进行交流

• 身体健康，能吃苦耐劳，有进取精神;

• 有一定的生产经验并熟悉化工项目基本设计规范如建规，石规，50493，50770，50058等

• 多次参与或者陪同过外部专家进行安全检查优先

• 注册安全工程师或者化工中级职称优先

We are looking for:

• A chemical background person who will be responsible for the process improvement in Syensqo Zhangjiagang site , GBU Novecare.

We count on you for:

• Be fully responsible for the process safety analysis of the quaternary ammonium salt workshop, eliminate the process safety problems within the specified time frame, and ensure the safety of the production process.

• Find the correct solution according to the deviation of the production process, and be fully responsible for the process change of the workshop to ensure the safety and effectiveness of the change.

• Be fully responsible for the production of new products in the workshop, and complete the work content required in the new product process, such as BOM, batch records, and the establishment of material energy balance.

• Assume the HSE responsibilities corresponding to the position.

• Analyze the causes of quality deviations in the production process,improving and optimizing them.

• Optimize workshop production, such as improving automation, reducing energy consumption, and reducing CO2 emissions.

You will bring:

• Chemical engineering and technology or related chemical engineering majors, mainly engaged in process production, process design and other professional related work during the term of office.

• Proficient in using basic chemical software such as CAD, preferably ASPEN software, and able to calculate PSV

• Good oral expression skills, College English Level 6 or above, able to read and translate English materials, and able to communicate with foreign colleagues in English

• Healthy, hard-working, and enterprising;

• Have certain production experience and be familiar with the basic design specifications of chemical projects such as construction regulations, 50493, 50770, 50058, etc.

• Participated in or accompanied external experts in safety inspections is preferred

• Registered safety engineer or intermediate chemical professional title is preferred
