The Job:

As a Brand Manager – Tools, you will be part of our Marketing – Brand, Communications & Training Team working to develop and implement brand and communication strategies that resonate with our end users and customers across the ANZ region. You will maximize our brand assets, increase brand awareness, recognition, and drive market share growth.

Your duties will include:

  • Developing a local Brand Plan, calendar, and budget for ANZ that aligns with global brand strategy and local commercial strategy and objectives. This includes NPI and Category Campaigns, Global Brand Campaigns, Major Promotions, ANZ region Brand Activity, and Communications Plans for Major Channel Sales Activations.

  • Maintaining brand budget for relevant brands, raising purchase orders, and ensuring monthly reconciliation and accurate forecasting.

  • Adapting and localizing global brand campaigns and assets, and creating local brand assets in-line with global brand guidelines for ANZ requirements.

  • Overseeing the launch and communication of new products (NPI), ensuring Brand/Category Pages and Banners are live on schedule, and providing NPI brand assets and information for the Training Manager.

  • Developing and executing consumer promotions and local brand initiatives such as sponsorships, promotions, PR opportunities, and brand events.

  • Developing annual organic social media and eDM plan and assets, working closely with product and trade marketing team to promote NPI and key selling periods.

  • Developing local Brand merchandise assets such as pull-ups, flags, marquees, caps, T-shirts, etc., for sales team and events when required.

  • Leading brand and end-user communication requirements for product, marketing, and sales-led projects.

  • Working closely with the Trade Marketing team to promote and communicate major sales activations.

  • Measuring and reporting performance and ROI of brand campaigns and providing recommendations.

  • Analyzing consumer insights, industry trends, and market research to provide recommendations.

  • Holding brand WIPs with key stakeholders on a regular basis to ensure alignment on brand and comms activity.

  • Collaborating with Sales, Trade, and other stakeholders to present plans and concepts to key retail partners and dealers.

  • Overseeing brand websites and ensuring the accuracy of information and images, as well as the relevance of promotional information and brand pages.

  • Training and developing Assistant Brand Managers/Graduate Brand Assistants

You Will:

  • Have at least 5 years' experience in a similar role

  • Strong Understanding of our market and products and how we can reinforce the brand strategies to increase market share, aided and unaided brand recognition

  • Have previous experience within our industry or similar

  • Be a strategic thinker with the ability to drive business forward while managing immediate priorities.

  • Have creative presentation and communication skills.

  • Possess commercial acumen to design commercially savvy promotions and plans.

  • Be action-oriented with strong leadership skills to motivate others.

  • Have effective communication skills to inspire and enthuse internally and externally.

  • Build strong relationships to foster collaboration across all relevant departments.

  • Be commercially and analytically minded with marketing/market/customer understanding and experience.

  • Be organized and structured to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Be proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with an understanding of the wider evolving digital environment.

  • Have Previous experience managing or mentoring other employees in a marketing function

  • Cross country experience, ideally in the UK.

  • Experience with B2B end user programs

  • Cross brand experience, including heavy knowledge with a number of our leading brands or experience in brand management from a similar set of consumer brands.

  • Experience driving traffic and building sales on E-Commerce Platforms
