May be ar,svvering all 19hone calls for Security service dispatchii19 palr ol officers, and dealing '.lvith all ala1111s at all facilities, utilizlflg tt:le GGT-V System 99?,r,Jor, rir,? the access control syste The officer will act as a liaison 1/ ,, "" 1) between-l=lcrmaA Milfer and outside agencies including law enforcement and fire departments. Officers will also investigate and report suspicious or unusual occurrences, assist in hazardous response and provide first aid.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Ability to assume incident command for medicals, ifires and other emergencies. Ability to multi-task in a high paced environment. Able to coach and achieve results through others fo solve immediate issues. Accurately and quickly utilize computer-aided software for complaint documentation and dispatching. m;,/,rKl)ol/ Be service centric while also being able to effectiv ly enforce srR1an Miller-policies and procedures tactfully. Monitoring, operating, testing and data entry responsibility for a variety of computerized and electronic equipment used in access control, fire and security systems.
Possess and practice strong verbal and written communication skills.
Possess initiative and strong situational awareness with balanced and sound independent judgment. Prepare reports, activity logs and communicate the information as needed. Protect sensitive company and team member information.
Reads, understands, communicates, and interprets written and verbal instructions, work documentation, policies and practices, safety rules, operating procedures, maintenance instructions and reports, which are written in the English language.
Regular and predictable attendance based on scheduled hours. Respond to medicals, fires and other site emergencies.
Use resources provided to make decisions without direct supervision.
