Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or related field preferred
3 years of experience in food and beverage management, preferably in a hotel/resort setting
Strong leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage budgets and control costs
Proficient in menu planning and development
Understanding of inventory management and ordering procedures
Ability to work flexiblehours,including weekend
