The Opportunity

For our Abbott Nutrition International Division ANI we are currently looking for a professional to join our team in Croatia as a Demand and Logistic Coordinator CE Region.

This is a full-time, fixed-term, maternity cover position based in our office in Zagreb.

Demand and Logistic Coordinator performs logistic and demand duties within Central Europe Region, participates in a monthly forecasting process with key goal to avoid any supply issues such as product availability.

Role assures all logistic and demand processes follow Abbott’s policies and other specific regulations, as well as maintains essential databases of logistic and demand.

What You'll do:

  • Work closely with Demand Manager to Facilitate/co-ordinate forecasting process for CE Region

  • Assist in 28-month sales forecast preparation. Coordinate maintenance of forecasting models jointly with Logistic and Finance for in-market and to-market actual and forecasted data as well as to control accuracy and adequacy of sales data in all accessible systems.

  • Establish and maintain forecast parameters like Time Fence, Consumption interval etc.

  • Maintain alignment of item number forecast versus product family decisions

  • Monitor Key Performance Indicators, highlighting trends and variance analysis.

  • Monthly ADS publish via SAP system

  • To be a communication link between Supply and Demand. Maintain daily communications in order to be able to update other stakeholders about any changes in demand or supply

  • Monitor Inventory DOH reports from distributors.

  • Work closely with Logistic assistant regarding complaints and report incidents.

  • Process incoming mailing from distributors regarding orders, credits or other question concerning logistics and demand.

  • Keep record of all Invoices & Credit invoices.

  • Coordinate and assist in the preparation of presentation slides concerning logistic and demand

  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as needed.

Required qualifications and background:

  • Fluent English in speech and writing.

  • Minimum high school degree.

  • Computer literacy - knowledge of MS Office.

  • Knowledge of SAP is a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills.

  • Logistics experience would be an asset.

  • Strong organizational skills.

  • Service and results orientation.

  • Good communication abilities.

  • Accuracy and punctuality.

  • Confidential and trustworthy

  • Desire to constantly evolve, learn
