Program Summary

KBR leads the government services world contingency market by providing responsive, full-service logistics support to forces deployed around the world under the Logistics Civil Augmentation Program contract ( LOGCAP ). KBR’s enduring mission support of the LOGCAP program dates back to 1992 when we served as the contract’s original prime contractor. Today, we have a workforce of over 6,000 people representing 40 nationalities who perform work on the contract in 14 countries.

Job Summary

The Senior Customer Service Specialist is responsible for independently creating and managing Service Order Requests and Work Order Requests using the Maximo® system. This role involves evaluating, selecting, and assigning priority levels to work orders, assisting customers with service requests, and ensuring accurate data entry. The position requires strong administrative skills, effective communication, and the ability to provide guidance to Customer Service Specialists.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Independently create and manage Service Order Requests and Work Order Requests in Maximo®.

  • Evaluate, select, and assign standard priority levels to work orders.

  • Assist customers in properly filling out Service Order Requests.

  • Utilize work instructions, techniques, procedures, and approved criteria to promptly complete service orders and work orders.

  • Review and submit changes of location, technical inspections, and asset descriptions to Asset Management for updates.

  • Plan and organize assets and preventive maintenance schedules.

  • Prepare reports with MS Word and Excel.

  • Provide guidance and instructions to Customer Service Specialists.

  • Understand and apply the LCV PWS, Technical Data Package (TDP), and CDRLs (L-15 Facilities-Base - MSOW Report & P-05 Government Furnished).

  • Comply with all safety processes and procedures, maintaining a safe working environment

  • Position may involve a rotating schedule

  • Perform other duties as assigned

    Basic Qualifications (Required Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • At least 1 year of relevant Customer Service experience.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

  • Professional internal and external communication skills.

  • Experience with the Maximo system (minimum 6 months).

  • High level of professionalism and efficiency.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of working under pressure with minimal supervision.

  • Valid Poland ID and/or passport with at least 6 months of validity and 6 blank pages.

  • Immediate availability.

  • This position is under the local Poland payroll, and candidates must be Polish citizens.

    Preferred Qualifications (Preferred Education, Experience, Skills, and Certifications)

  • Advanced knowledge and skills with the MS Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of MAXIMO program or similar system.
