We are currently seeking a Program Manager to be a part of our growing team at our top tier behavioral health facility in Yuma, AZ. In this role you will oversee the day to day clinical and business operations. Your primary role will be to oversee staff who are working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community as well as increase income stability. Requirements:

• Highschool diploma or GED required with one (1) year of management experience, preferably in a facility-based crisis or medical facility setting or a bachelor’s degree in business or a field related to behavioral health.

• Data management including proficiency in excel and other reporting programming preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Will oversee the day to day clinical and business operations of the site/program(s)

• Primary role is to oversee staff who are working with members to obtain and maintain housing in the community as well as increase income stability.

• Will ensure that staff are providing quality support services and housing resources to all clients.

• Help staff with understanding of program process and services available for target population.

• Responsible for building a cohesive team.

Pay Details: $53,000.00 to $65,000.00 per year
