- 2nd Shift: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM
- 3rd Shift: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
PAY RATE:
- 2nd Shift: $17.75/hour + $0.40 shift differential
- 3rd Shift: $17.75/hour + $0.70 shift differential

JOB SUMMARY: We are seeking a dedicated Raw Materials Professional with experience in SAP Software to join our team. This role involves batching, mixing, and weighing raw materials for the staging of food production. The ideal candidate will ensure that raw materials are handled efficiently and accurately to meet production demands while maintaining quality and safety standards. The successful candidate will work closely with our production team to ensure a smooth and continuous flow of materials for our aseptic production process. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Raw Material Handling: Batch, mix, and weigh raw materials according to food safety guidelines and production requirements.
- SAP Software: Utilize SAP software for raw material inventory management, tracking, and reporting.
- Production Support: Ensure timely and accurate preparation of raw materials for food production, coordinating with production teams for smooth operation.
- Quality Assurance: Follow all HACCP procedures and company guidelines to ensure materials are handled and processed safely.
- Inventory Management: Monitor raw material inventories to ensure materials are available as needed for production. Report discrepancies or shortages promptly.
- Continuous Improvement: Actively participate in company initiatives for continuous improvement, supporting efforts to enhance efficiency, quality, and safety.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including quality control, operations, and logistics, to ensure that production goals are met.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with SAP software, particularly in materials management and inventory control.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or food production environment, preferably in raw materials handling.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow recipes and batch instructions precisely.
- Knowledge of food safety protocols, preferably in accordance with HACCP standards.
- Ability to lift and move materials as needed, following safety guidelines.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work evening and overnight shifts as required.
