The Better Business Bureau® serving the Mahoning Valley is seeking an Operations Manager to join our team located in Youngstown. This position is responsible for assisting in the day-to-day operations of a locally incorporated non-profit. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, the oversight of programs and services, bookkeeping, and furthering BBB's mission in the marketplace.
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
High School Diploma or Equivalent
Strong work ethic
Excellent oral communication skills
High level of self-motivation and dependability
Be comfortable working as part of a team, but also independently
Ability to work comfortably with technology
Ability to work with a variety of constituencies
Problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Suite
Bookkeeping experience
Additional Job Details:
Workdays: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday
Hours: 8:00am to 4:30pm
Yearly Wage: $35,000 to $42,000
