Works under general supervision and may make some work procedural decisions which do not contravene policies. The class generally determines work sequences (which task comes first) within any department/divisional guidelines. Position Information Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Assists with developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive enrollment and marketing strategies to drive student recruitment and retention for the College of Health and Human Services. Coordinates with faculty, department chairs, students, alumni, and donors to create effective marketing materials and campaigns that highlight the college's programs and achievements. Plans and executes on-campus and off-campus recruitment events, including college fairs, open houses, and informational sessions. Manages the college's social media presence and creates engaging content to promote the college's programs and events. Analyzes enrollment data and trends to adjust strategies and improve recruitment efforts. Collaborates with the university's marketing and communications team to ensure cohesive and consistent messaging. Maintains relationships with high schools, community colleges, and other feeder institutions to attract prospective students. Develops and manages the college's communication plan for prospective students, including email campaigns, newsletters, and direct mail. Utilizes Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track and analyze prospective student interactions and streamline recruitment processes. Prepares reports on recruitment activities and outcomes for the Dean and other stakeholders. Coordinates with the development office to support donor relations and alumni engagement initiatives that contribute to the college's enrollment goals. Other Functions and Responsibilities: Assists with training new hires. Performs other related duties as assigned. Equipment Operated: Computer and all other standard office equipment. Work Schedule: Typically, Monday through Friday. Potential for remote work Supervision Exercised: May exercise supervision over student employees.
