AAA Northeast Lead Sales and Service Representative in Yorktown Heights, New York

*Sign-on bonus terms:Any candidate who accepts a full-time, regular job as a Lead Sales and Service Representative with AAA Northeast at our Yorktown Heights, NY location will be eligible to receive a $1500 sign-on bonus. Effective through 6/30/23. This bonus is payable in 2 installments, 1/2 when you start and 1/2 upon successful completion of 3 months of employment (3 months from the day you start work)


Member Service:

• Acts as a leader in the branch, provides assistance to counselors as necessary; handles more complex member service issues, demonstrates relationship building skills, while focusing on protecting the AAA brand legacy.• Responsible for performing all regular duties of a Sales and Service Representative - Branch including sales and service to members in the areas of membership, reservations, and other branch products and services both in-person and over-the-phone. In select states, provide registry services and TSA services, ensuring compliance and state regulations are met.• Provides assistance to members for accommodations and points of interest. This includes, mapping, routing, and possible hotel and car reservations for members. Promotes and assists members with International/InterAmerican driving permits; passport photos; foreign currency, theme park tickets, entertainment tickets and all other club products to members.


• Achieves assigned standards and goals for member satisfaction, sales, and referrals. Will recommend club products, business lines, and services by cross-selling while embodying club mission and value statements with all interactions.

Daily Operations:

• Ensures company policies and procedures for the day-to-day management of the branch including security of the branch office.• Assists with reports, including opening/closing/deposit procedures for the branch.• Performs job duties according to department policies, procedures, and practices within scope of authority, including adhering to all club/department safety protocols.


Must meet individual state requirements to perform registry , notary, & TSA services; including clearing state specific background checks/processes.

May travel to nearby locations to assist with branch coverage .


  • High School Diploma or GED r equired

  • College degree Preferred

  • 3-4 years Customer Service with a focus in Sales Required
