ICON Clinical Research Manager, Site Operations in Yorkshire, United Kingdom

Icon and in particular our Accellacare Site Network are now recruiting for a Manager Site Operations.

Your primary responsibility is the day to day management of our Accellacare site.

As a Manager, you will be expected to recognize the importance of and create a culture of process improvement with a focus on streamlining our processes adding value to our business and meeting client needs.

Please see the following responsibilities and note that the full position is not limited to those listed below:

  • Serve as a Specialist by working on day to day tasks alongside a multidiscipline team. (Nurses, Physicians and Administrators)

  • Work in conjunction with the Director Site Manager to ensure the site is suitably resourced

  • Responsible for the day to day quality and financial targets

  • Line management - This is a People Leader role. You will be responsible for Performance Management and delivery of goals and KPIs.

  • Escalate issues on behalf of yourself and your team to Client Support Management and/or pertinent Project Managers

  • You will have regular site meetings to ensure that all team members are aware of all current and future studies, audits / inspections and business updates

What you will have:

  • 4 years’ experience within Clinical Research environment

  • Previous line management experience

  • Bachelors degree or relevant experience
