Position Summary
Reporting to the Repair Supervisor, the Repair Technician is responsible for performing repairs on a wide range of Red Lion products while meeting service commitments and manufacturing standards.
Essential Job Functions
- Troubleshoot circuits to the component level to understand root cause of test failures
- Repair boards/assemblies across multiple product families through rework of solder, remove and replace of components, etc.
- Coordinate with engineers, manufacturing leadership and customer service representatives providing detailed findings and estimate to complete for individual repairs
- Maintain test fixture service & perform preventative maintenance
- Utilize various electronics repair equipment while analyzing wiring diagrams and assembly drawings.
Minimum Requirements
- Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or equivalent relevant work experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the area of electronics troubleshooting and repair.
- Demonstrates oral and written communication skill to interface with various levels within the organization.
- Expected to cross-train across multiple product lines, demonstrating proficient knowledge in each area.
- Effectively collaborate with peers when troubleshooting complex issues when needed.
- Willingness to learn and make suggestions for improvements.

Working Conditions
- Must be able to occasionally move and transport up to 25 lbs by oneself
- Continuous periods of sitting/standing/walking
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in the area of industrial electronics troubleshooting and repair
- IPC Certifications
