Job Description

The Service Technician is responsible for all Building Maintenance. Projects will include ensuring units pass our rent-ready inspection, rental inspection, and various other small projects such as patching walls, painting, installing trim, minor electric, minor plumbing, and minor HVAC.

Issues they will handle include, but are not limited to:

• HVAC Repair (AC Units, Boilers, and Heaters of all types)

• Appliance Troubleshooting and Repair (Dishwasher, Laundry, Ovens, Etc.)

• Electrical Troubleshooting and Repair

• Plumbing Issues (Leaks, Clogs, Etc.)
