Finishing Lead - R5074
DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures 2. Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines; monitor and maintain quality standards 3. Read and interpret information on work orders to determine properly preformed products are produced 4. Maintain accurate production records 5. Communicate information as needed to employees, shift supervisor and next shift group leader or machine operator 6. Ensure high levels of production, maximizing efficiency with planned work assignments 7. Maintain a clean work area, ensuring a safe working environment 8. Train new operators as needed 9. Oversee general preventive maintenance on equipment 10. Operate equipment as necessary to maintain productivity during the operator's absence 11. Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements 12. Actively participate in lean manufacturing initiatives 13. Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
**3rd shift position available hours are 11:00pm to 7:00am with a 3 dollar shift differential
