We are offering a unique opportunity for a Property Administrator role based in Yonkers, New York. This role is essential in maintaining property management and maintenance operations, assisting with tenant complaints, and providing support for leasing and recertification processes.

Responsibilities include:

• Mail out monthly rent bills, recertification packages, late rent notices, and other correspondence.

• Keep attorneys and residents updated with rent ledgers.

• Regularly update the Vacancy, Recertification, and other reports.

• Maintain the waiting list for potential residents.

• Address tenant complaints and assist in bringing the matter to a resolution.

• Support tenant recertifications and leasing processes.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a Property Administrator role or similar.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Strong knowledge of property management laws and regulations.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle emergencies and stressful situations efficiently.

• Proficient in the use of property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions.

• High level of professionalism and ethical conduct.

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to build strong relationships with tenants and contractors.

• Detail-oriented with strong administrative and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
