Responsibilities:
Source, recruit, and hire qualified Home Health Aides (HHAs) and Patient Care Assistants (PCAs). Develop and maintain relationships with local training centers, job fairs, and community resources to identify potential candidates. Assist with the recruitment process, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and verifying certificates (HHA/PCA). Build a strong talent pool to meet the ongoing needs of our agency.
Qualifications 1+ years of experience in home care or healthcare recruitment. Proven ability to source, attract, and hire qualified candidates. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong understanding of the home care industry (a plus). Bilingualism (English and Spanish) is a preferred qualification. Well-presented, energetic, and responsible individual. Familiarity with Arla onboarding software (a plus).
