MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE

Summarize the main purpose of the role.

Manage all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

 Manage the site projects to ensure all key business projects in site level are delivered target output on-time, within scope and within budget, in order to meet the business requirements (Site project will be for manufacturing, quality, regulatory, supply, engineering, development, etc.)

 Collaborate with headquarters to project and priority

 Coordinate the functional project leader, internal stakeholders for the execution of multiple projects. (including Regulatory, Marketing and Commercial, Engineering, quality, Packaging, Purchasing and Procurement team)

 As project manager,

1. Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Ensure the resource availability and allocation.

2. Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.

3. Report the project status and escalate to management as needed ,

4. Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs

5. Measure performance and risk management by project management tools

6. Create and maintain project documentation.
