Latham Centers is seeking a motivated and organized Recruiter to join our HR team. This role involves recruiting high-quality candidates for various positions, marketing Latham Centers as an employer of choice, managing administrative tasks related to recruitment, and producing regular recruitment reports. The Recruiter will work closely with the HR Hiring Specialist, hiring managers, candidates, recruiting sources, and the community to ensure a productive and cooperative hiring process. Additionally, the position includes participation in other HR functions such as employee orientation and training. Ideal candidates will have experience in recruitment or HR, strong communication and organizational skills, and a passion for working in a mission-driven, inclusive environment. Requirements: Strong computer skills and ability to adapt to database systems, including Microsoft products. Ability to collect and analyze recruitment data. Innovative in recruitment and hiring techniques. High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor?s degree preferred. At least 1 year of customer service experience. HR recruiting/generalist experience preferred. Valid driver?s license Schedule: Monday - Friday 8a-4p Latham offers housing based on availability! Essential Job Function: Headhunting candidates from online resume databases, resources. Develop creative recruitment strategies. Coordinate and participate in job fairs. Communicate with appropriate parties attending the events Communicate with applicants from job fairs, instruct them on how to apply. Attend weekly meetings with the HR Hiring Specialist and Program Directors/ Supervisors to review candidates and program needs. Facilitate these meetings in the absence of the HR Hiring Specialist Receive and accurately maintain job requisitions via the Paycor system. Follow up with the hiring manager if any information is missing. Train new and existing hiring managers/program directors on how to submit job requisitions as needed. Accurately identify and post positions on appropriate online job posting sites. Coordinate intern recruitment with the HR Hiring Specialist. Accurately complete pre-employment and onboarding forms with new hires; responsible for tracking and receiving missing documents. (W4, emergency contact, I-9). Compliance of I-9 information Run Motor Vehicle Record Checks Send list of staff not allowed to drive to managers monthly. Accurately complete new hire letters, transfer letters.
