The colleagues in this role oversee daily activities of a medium-sized GSR team. They understand basic performance management approaches, establishes accountability with team members and have broad knowledge of job area. Employees exchange standard/basic information with colleagues, subordinates, supervisors, and/or customers. Supervisor’s decisions are guided by policies and procedures.

Key job characteristics include:

• Trains team members, conducts performance evaluations and provides input to pay action.

• Accountable for meeting day-to-day team targets.

• Receives predetermined work assignments that are subject to a moderate level of control and review.

• Sets team's daily priorities to ensure execution of department plans.

• Work is reviewed for the team's accuracy and completeness

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with 0-2 years of experience leading a team.

• Minimum 2-4year degree in electronics engineering, electronics technology, biomedical equipment technology certification, or closely related experience.

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a Field Service Capacity.

• Experience servicing, repairing and/or performing maintenance on medical device or equipment preferred.

• An equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered. Experience will include customer contact, hands-on electronic equipment installation, repair, services, and technician training.

• Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication skills – verbal & written.

• Solid computer skills; Oracle skills a plus.
