PSC provides global and diverse services to Caterpillar facilities, including site purchasing, category purchasing and other divisions. PSC assists customers on optimizing supply chains, identifying and minimizing operation risks. PSC China team is committed to the standardization of operating procedures, continuous improvement of procurement processes and utilizing of high-tech technologies to improve operation efficiency.

工作职责 :

Job Responsibilities:

负责ERP中供应商信息的维护，订单的创建/维护及发票的清理。

Responsible for Vendor master Maintenance, PO Creation/Maintenance and Grief Invoice clearing in ERP.

负责在各成本及发票系统中提取，归类，整理，分析数据，向采购管理层提供成本报告。

Responsible for Cost statistics download, Classification, Sort, Analysis and provide Cost reports to purchasing management team.

支持工厂及战略采购部门，提供向供应商询价，报价分析上传，提交采购申请，提供PowerBI汇总报告，收集原产地证及模具信息等。

Act as Junior Buyer role to support site or category Procurement team on send RFQ, analysis & upload Quotation, submit PIF, provide Power BI report, gather CoO, Tooling info. ect.

背景 / 经验 :

Background/Working Experience

本科及以上学历；

Bachelor’s degree or above

熟练掌握书面英语，大学英语六级或同等及以上的英语水平;

Good written English, CET 6 or equivalent or higher English certification level.

良好的解决问题能力，擅于沟通，学习能力强；

Good problem-solving skills, communication skill and learning ability.

熟练使用Excel, Access, PowerPoint等Office办公软件;

Skillful on Office software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint.

英语口语流利者优先;

Fluent spoken English is preferred.

熟练使用Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps或者能够在Access/Excel中编程，开发自动化小工具者优先;

Preferred to holding the ability on Power Query, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps or coding skills in Access or Excel with VBA, C# or Python etc.
