卡特彼勒（徐州）有限公司成立于1994年，是卡特彼勒在中国成立的第一家生产制造型企业，主要生产全系列液压挖掘机产品。经过30年的发展，徐州工厂现已成为卡特彼勒在华的旗舰工厂，在安全、质量、供应链整合、员工凝聚力等方面表现卓越，并逐渐成为卡特彼勒全球挖掘机的制造基地。

2.具备读图纸、识别各类焊接符号的技能

3.具备使用焊缝规、千分尺等常规工具的技能
