工作内容：

在有限的管理和指导下，在不中断生产设施运营的情况下，对服务请求和工单做出响应 在公司授权的政策、计划、程序、预算、法律和良好商业道德的指导下，协调指定责任领域的活动、计划和方案 使用 CMMS 生成的预防性维护工作表，根据制造商的建议和良好的维护实践，维护生产设施的机械和设备 在有限的管理下，执行指定的预防性维护任务和小型机械维修、 执行指定的预防性维护任务，并对生产设施设备进行小型机械维修 根据指示执行一般建筑维护工作，如更换灯具、简单施工、高架门和管道工 在直接管理下，对电机、电灯和配电盘进行基本的电气预防性维护

操作并维护生产和材料处理设备，包括但不限于叉车、传送带、机器人设备以及相关工具和设备 按照预防性维护计划润滑生产和材料处理设备 组织润滑设备并建议更改润滑计划。向适当的主管提交润滑设备的工具/请购单 整理和清洁维修车间区域 就不明确或高级任务向更高级的技术人员请求指导 保持扎实的机械基础知识 努力掌握二级维修技术人员的技能和知识 提交并协助解决 C.P.S. 持续改进卡的问题

必要资格 良好的内务管理习惯和沟通技能 正确使用安全设备，如安全带、电气安全手套、眼镜和防护罩

具备生产设施装配和材料处理设备方面的经验 对机器人技术和相关系统（如适用）有一般了解 了解锁定/标记程序 *具备基本机械（滑轮、杠杆等）、气动、液压、齿轮、减速机、轴承、润滑理论、驱动组件（滑轮、链轮、链带、收放线装置）和设备校准方面的机械知识。熟悉切割和焊接的各个阶段

任职资格：

教育与经验：

中专或以上学历。机械或其他相关专业。有三年相关工作经验者优先。

低压电工证
