JOB PURPOSE 岗位目的 :

通过结合精益原则和智能制造的理念和技术，提升企业的生产效率、降低成本、提高产品质量，并实现可持续发展；

JOB DUTIES 岗位职责 :

识别并消除浪费，优化生产流程，提高效率和质量； 进行数据收集和分析，评估流程的有效性，并制定改进计划 与其他部门沟通，确保精益原则可以实时有效地传达下去

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格 :

Education & Experience 教育和工作经验：

1. 大专以上学历，IT 或智能制造相关专业

2. 1年及以上制造工厂经验

Skills 技能：

1. 熟练掌握Microsoft的应用，尤其对Power Apps, BI, Sharepoint, Automate等应用有深入学习和研究

2. 了解AI 技术，可利用开源软件进行AI 模型标注与建立

3. 了解大数据分析相关的知识，可以利用大数据分析发现问题

4. 具备良好的沟通能力，能够有效地与各级员工进行沟通并进行精益知识的培训

Certificates/License 证书和执照：

具备智能制造工程证据优先

具备6 sigma 绿带证书
