JOB PURPOSE 岗位目的 :

工厂设备的保养、维修、改进 ，使设备处于稳定的运行状态 。

JOB DUTIES 岗位职责 :

安全的完成本职工作并对同事的安全负责。 能够分析，判断设备故障的根本原因。 在保障维修质量的前提下，快速响应，处理设备故障。 保质、保量的完成设备的保养工作 能够根据设备状态提出预见性维修方案和设备缺陷改进方案并执行。 能够依据设备故障分析结果和设备状态提出预防性维修改进。 熟悉设备备品，备件，并提出优化建议。 责任区和维修现场5S。 持续学习设备维修知识和提高维修技能。 严格执行公司制度，维修流程。 执行部门安排的其他工作。

JOB QUALIFICATIONS 任职资格 :

Education & Experience 教育和工作经验：

大专或同等学历以上。 2年以上设备维修经验。

Skills 技能：

设备电气知识与测量仪表的使用。 具有一定的维修钳工、液压等维修技能。 具有一定的PLC基础。 维修工具的正确使用。 能够读懂电气、机械图纸和相关标准。
