2024 Product Offer Management Intern

Product Offer Management is key to deploying and managing product data for Dell products’ initial release and any engineering changes that follow. The team is also crucial to managing products and peripheral components though product release and the associated change activities post release. Put simply, they help to keep our game-changing products at their ground-breaking best. Along the way, the team works directly with diverse functions to help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

What you’ll achieve

As a Product Offer Management Intern, to own and manage all aspects of product data from inception to go live on Dells order management systems This will involve cooperation and team work, utilizing problem solving skills and using your initiative to define the best and most efficient method of completing a task and sharing best practices across the global organization.

You will:

• Participate in medium-sized projects with agreed timelines and quality standards

• Audit, validate and manage submittals of Product Data (PD) requests

• Collaborate with internal and external teams to understand customer requirements

• Develop and apply a broad range of techniques and theories from statistics, machine learning, and business intelligence to deliver actionable business insights

• Develop algorithms models to contribute to database analytics for improving product data efficiency and accuracy

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above is preferre

• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

• Proven knowledge of database and office applications (e.g. SQL, Tableau, PowerBI, and Excel Macro)
