Job Responsibilities:

We are looking to hire apprentices to learn a skilled trade using CNC and Mechanical Equipment. For the successful candidates willing to invest 18-24 months and get paid while learning, our experienced team members are ready to develop your skills. We are a rapidly growing organization and looking to promote qualified individuals once the apprenticeship period is complete.

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Operate Spring and Wireform Machinery and Equipment.
• Perform set up, operation, change over, troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance for machinery
• Use a variety of hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, pliers, screwdrivers, hammers, etc.
• Conduct safety audit of equipment at the beginning of each shift, records results of audit and submit results to Supervisor
• Will provide on the job training.

Requirements:

• Ensure workspace is clean and tidy throughout the department
• Mechanically inclined individual is preferred
• Ability to read, write, and solve basic math is required
• Industrial Manufacturing experience considered a plus

Skills:

• Mechanical background is a plus

• Math skills, reading, writing required
