POSITION SUMMARY The Accounting Manager will oversee and manage banking transactions to ensure all payments are correct. They will inspect banking information for errors and manage fraud mitigation. The Accounting Manager will manage inventory items between inventory categories and ensure all trucks manufactured have the necessary major components allocated to them. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS All employees are required to support Rosenbauer s Mission, Vision, and Values. The following are the essential duties of this position and do not include marginal functions that are incidental to the performance of fundamental job duties. The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer. Oversees and manages banking transactions to ensure all payments are correct. Inspects banking information for errors and manages fraud mitigation. Manages flow of inventory between inventory categories. Assists in coding all company invoices. Reviews payroll prior to submission for accuracy and completeness. Assists with month-end close by performing account reconciliations and adjustments. Calculates and distributes funds for commissions. Fills outs all credit applications for new dealerships. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the organization and our members.
