SUMMARY:
Management Business Solutions is seeking an
Associate Product Manager to support the Product Management team in developing and managing our product lines from conception through launch. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
REQUIRMENTS:
- Assist in the development and execution of product strategies and roadmaps.
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for new products and enhancements to existing products.
- Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch.
- Monitor and report on product performance, gathering feedback from customers and internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement.
- Assist in the creation of product documentation, including specifications, user guides, and training materials.
- Support the sales team with product-related inquiries and provide training on new products.
- Help manage the product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life, ensuring alignment with company goals and market needs.
- Participate in the planning and execution of product launches and promotional activities.
Maintain a strong understanding of competitor products and industry standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, marketing, or a related role required.
- Experience in the furniture or consumer goods industry preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with project management tools and software is a plus.
