Job Purpose and Impact

The Human Resources Plant Business Partner Senior Supervisor will deliver core people processes for the assigned plants and facilities with focus on people and culture strategy, workforce planning and talent development needs, organization effectiveness support and operational delivery of related processes. In this role, you will lead a team of specialists to meet organizational goals and strategic initiatives and partner closely with key leaders.

Location - This position is located in Wyalusing, PA

Key Accountabilities

  • Partner with key leaders on the development and implementation of complex local people and culture strategy in alignment with the business and local people and culture strategy.

  • Provide consulting and solutions to improve performance, engagement, recruiting and retention to increase efficiency and mitigate people risks while also building an inclusive culture.

  • Partner with key members across the operating model on workforce and talent planning, development strategies to select, retain and develop talent performance management, team development and engagement action planning.

  • Understand risks and opportunities to drive focus and action against diversity, equity and inclusion strategies and goals.

  • Leverage complex reports and dashboards to measure and analyze human resources and business performance metrics at plant locations, provide trend analysis and recommend solutions based on insights.

  • Support and manage the execution of core people processes throughout the year at the plants with communications and coaching to leaders and monitor employee inquiry volume and employee relations case trends to develop actions with the leadership.

  • Lead the team to drive the people and culture plans at the production sites and facilities to deliver operational performance and grow and develop human resources team at the plant or site, providing effective team leadership and coaching for related resources.

  • Lead and develop a team, coach and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions.

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

  • Minimum of four years of related work experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Two years of supervisory experience

  • Two years of HR Plant experience.
