General Summary:

. 职位描述

职位目标:

  1. SMT & Ball mounter工艺良率提升。

  2. SMT & Ball mounter 工艺开发及新技术开发。

  3. 与TD同事合作,release新工艺。

  4. FA不良品的失效分析及减少。

工作内容:

  1. 定期审核良率、FA失效、维修状况,确保每站工序正常运行;

  2. 参与新设备和新工艺的开发;

  3. 带领项目优化产线效率,通过项目实施,持续性的提升良率、交期、FA的失效比例等;

  4. 参与团队其他成员的项目并提出建议;

  5. 质量同事合作确保客诉达标 持续优化文件,以及准备第三方审核相关资料;

  6. 组织分享知识和培训以提高团队知识水平。

. 任职资格

1.专业知识:

熟悉质量管理工具,掌握6sigma管理理论;

  1. 工作经验:

五年以上相关半导体工作经验。

3.教育背景:

电子或者机械行业本科

  1. 个人技能及素质:

有对项目进行分析,计划和组织的能力。

能独立完成各项工作,服从工作安排,有团队合作精神。

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 4+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.

OR

Master's degree in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 3+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.

OR

PhD in Engineering, Physical Sciences, or related field and 2+ years of Manufacturing Engineering or related work experience.
