JOB SUMMARYSupport 0976 AR issuance of value-added tax(VAT) invoices and upload, Tax related support eg providing relevant information, reconciling taxes, preparing the EY report.0901&0916&0913&0977 AP invoices scanning, day to day operations of COE.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES· AR VAT invoice issue, support VAT related report, EY report· AP invoices scan, mail to GBS, perform quality reconciliation day by day· Prepare timely reports and communication with functional areas.· Train other employees both within and outside the department.· Adhere to all safety and health rules and regulations associated with this position and as directed by supervisor.· Comply and follow all procedures within the company security policy.· May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.JOB QUALIFICATIONSKNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS· Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.· Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.· Ability to deal with standardized situations with only occasional or no variables.
