工作职责：

1. 该岗位将从事焊接线上需要的各种工作，参加培训并取得所有资格认证:

2. 接受焊接及相关培训，在规定时间内取得所有所需资格认证。

3. 在相关人员指导下完成各类支持性工作。

4. 严格按照计划实施生产、努力提高工作效率。

5. 对在线质量进行检查和控制。在生产过程中，对异常状况及时汇报并协调解决。

6. 严格执行岗位个人防护品 (PPE)的穿戴规定，严格遵守各项安全规定避免安全伤害事故的发生。

7. 严格执行公司的其他各项规章制度, 及时完成主管或领班安排的其他工作其他工作。

岗位要求：

中等技术学校及以上学历:

具备电焊、氩弧焊、埋弧焊、碳弧气刨等相关焊接工艺工作经验；

持有国家特种行业（焊接）操作证并经过年检

焊接技术熟练，焊缝能做到平、直、顺；

能控制焊接变形量，保证设备形状尺寸；

具有质量意识，工作积极认真，责任心强；

有识图能力；

按要求参加安全培训并遵守安全操作规程；

服从公司的各项规章制度，服从生产安排，保质保量按时完成生产任务。
