IFRS Accounting & Financial Reporting Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Ownership of IFRS accounting and reporting guidelines.

• As Center of competence ensures availability of ad-hoc IFRS interpretation of business transactions.

• Providing a complete, accurate and timely set of IFRS reporting.

• Active support of the consolidation process.

• Review accuracy and completeness of reported data.

• Consults management and affiliates.

• Coordinates solutions of technical accounting issues.

• Ensures external IFRS-conform reporting.

• Support of internal and external audit processes.

• Fulfills and files other regulatory reporting requirements of the group in alignment with respective authorities.

• Proposes and prepares improvements in reporting processes and tools.

Requirements:

• University degree of economics / business with focus on finance or comparable education.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience with focus on accounting and consolidation.

• Strong financial acumen and knowledge of financial processes.

• Capability to understand technical background of functional requirements and implement solutions in collaboration with functions and IT.

• Familiar with SAP – preferably S4/Hana and MS-Office applications.

• Strong communication and presentation skills in English.

• Willingness to develop and transfer knowledge.
