Credit Suisse Compensation Analyst #175656 in Wroclaw, Poland

The role of the Compensation Analyst is to effectively and efficiently provide support to all Compensation processes including advisory, reporting, administration and analysis. You will act as administrative and analytical support to the team, including maintenance of Regulatory Database, collaboration with recruitment, business and HR to ensure appropriate governance, process flow and documentation. On daily basis you will prepare presentations, reports and documents for various meetings (e.g., Remuneration Committee meetings for UK entities). You will be responsible for managing annual regulatory reporting processes. This involves processing and maintaining large data spreadsheets and regular interaction with various data owners in order to gather information needed for reporting and analysis. Your future colleagues The EMEA Regulatory Compensation team runs execution and planning of processes and deliveries such as monitoring of new remuneration guidelines. We contribute to global, regional and divisional projects within the Compensation environment.
