Zadanie kluczowe:

• wykonywanie części zleconych na podstawie rysunku technicznego i na podstawie wygenerowanego kodu NC

• własnoręczne pisanie kodów na maszynę. Używane oprogramowanie to Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain TNC135, TNC426

• dobór wyposażenia stanowisk roboczych w tym dobór narzędzi i przyrządów,

• dobór parametrów obróbki skrawaniem

• nadzorowanie realizacji procesów produkcyjnych

• kontrola jakości wykonanych detali polegająca na sprawdzeniu wymiarów na zgodność z dokumentacją

Wymagania kwalifikacyjne:

• wykształcenie średnie/zawodowe techniczne, o profilu obróbki skrawaniem lub ukończone - kursy w zakresie obsługi obrabiarek CNC

• dobra znajomość rysunku technicznego

• znajomość podstaw programowania obrabiarek CNC (Siemens-Sinumeric, Heidenhain)

• doświadczenie w obsłudze frezarek CNC ze sterowaniem
