3M Talent Academy Internship Program: Global Travel & Expense (m/f/x)

Goal of the position:

Supporting all EMEA countries in terms of Travel & Expense processes from system and administrative perspective. What will you be doing?

• Analyse and respond to user’s queries

• Analyse and resolve any transactional or operational issues

• Check and approve complex travel expense pending exception from Concur in accordance with the travel expense policy of the country

• Contact point for employees in term of inquiries for travel expense reimbursement

• Follow up with employees on failed expense payment, potential duplicate expense claims and multiple expense reports

• Ensure compliance to 3M Financial Standard, SOX and other regulations

Who is welcomed to apply?

• Students (preferably final years) with availability of min. 30h/week

• Knowledge of English language

• Issue solving ability
