Boehringer Ingelheim Recruiting Team Manager with French in Wrocław, Poland

Tasks & responsibilities

  • As Team Manager Recruiting you are responsible for leading a team of up to 6 people according to the company´s Our Behaviors, our Leadership principles and the Global Recruiting Delivery Model, following internal and external compliance regulations

  • You oversee Recruiters and overall recruiting strategy process execution on operational level (Recruiting Level 1 and 2) established for each opening, assuring candidate and hiring manager satisfaction for the French market

  • Together with the Recruiting Segment Lead in France you are acting as first point of contact for workforce planning, re-organization or capacity build-up discussions with HR business partners, CoE and/or the business, you are ensuring a data-driven recruiting in order to identify talent gaps and/or external pipelining needs

  • Together with the Recruiting Segment Lead in France you consolidate and quantify recruiting needs per country business segment and profile based on the input obtained by your stakeholders, gather external talent market insights and talent analytics for the respective segment to develop optimal recruiting and sourcing strategies for current and future demands

  • As an Expert for winning and selecting the most suitable candidates, you are actively involved in the end-to-end operational recruitment activities for the French market, including answering inquiries from candidates by phone and e-mail using our case management system

  • The strategic planning and operationalization of a sustainable Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) based on segment are also part of your responsibility

  • Based on the needs of the market, you will be in charge of the vendor management, e.g. establish an appropriate agency network, assess their capabilities, negotiate contracts and monitor their performance

  • You will work on projects and in the environment where we use targets to measure the service quality, ensuring process adherence and continuous improvements in run mode by using the global recruitment analytics

About our future employee

You should have verified knowledge in end-to-end Recruiting processing including Talent Management, Workforce Planning and Compensation & Benefits, speak English and French language min. on C1 level and have min. 6 years of professional experience in Recruiting and/or HR Business Partner environment, including first leadership experience.

Additionally, we are looking for:

  • A Master’s Degree in Business Administration, Psychology or similar (preferably in HR field or related areas)

  • Distinct empathy, team spirit, accountability, intrapreneurship, and a high service quality orientation applying end user centricity

  • Positive approach with ability to act as a role model in our speak-up-culture and actively come up with ideas for process optimizations

  • Proven ability to balance multiple, and at times, competing, priorities within assigned business unit(s) in times of transformation and change

  • Resilience and advanced problem-solving ability to manage complex and/or sensitive situations to successfully recommend, influence and implement solutions which may require engaging different levels within the organization

  • Preferably working experience with SF Recruiting, ServiceNow, MS Office (advanced in Excel) and SuccessFactors
