ProAmpac Holdings, Inc. Scheduling Analyst in Wrightstown, Wisconsin
Position is responsible for the development and communication of an executable production schedule which meets customer service goals while enabling machine productivity.
Knows and follows all safety policies and procedures. Ensures that co-workers are also following safety rules.
Commitment, awareness and involvement pertaining to ISO (policy, standards, procedures, etc.) and food safety practices (GMPs, procedures, etc.) are requirements of all employees.
Develops a finite schedule for up to 42 work centers finding the right balance between customer deliveries and production efficiency.
Ensures through schedule development that all orders are completed on time and communicates any unexpected delays to Customer Service.
Ensures sufficient materials are available to support production schedule.
Becomes an expert on the scheduling tool which will allow the user to leverage systems functionality to develop a sound operational schedule.
Communicates with Manufacturing, Customer Service, and Planning regarding scheduling issues, priority orders and other special instructions.
Trains in other areas of supply chain and provides back up support during absences and periods of peak activity
Work with Manufacturing Group to Determine Labor Requirements
Represent Scheduling in Capacity & Manufacturing Meetings
Involved with Customer On-Boarding & Coordinating Potential Scheduling Programs
Coordinating Daily/Weekly/Monthly Action Items for Projects involving Scheduling group.
Performs analysis and project work as necessary.
Demonstrates appropriate attitude in all dealings with co-workers, customers, and suppliers.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and / or Experience:
Bachelor degree with emphasis in Operations Management or Supply Chain and/or two to five years experience in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
