Title:
Senior Program Scheduler
KBR is seeking a Senior Program Scheduler . The successful candidate will assist and support the Tanker Division (AFLCMC/WL) located at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in the development and delivery of schedule analysis support to USAF aircraft platforms program office, specifically for the Tanker Directorate. Hybrid Position requires candidates to be in the local area of Wright-Patterson AFB, OH.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for the government customer, integrating multiple IMS’s, performing schedule risks analysis, building projections of schedule outcomes, and developing reports or presentations.
Provide schedule-related support to assigned Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) by attending recurring program meetings
Providing reports to key program stakeholders on IMS health and construction, contractor schedule performance, and projections of schedule outcomes
Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), design reviews, Integrated Baseline Reviews (IBRs), and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs)
Communicate all findings to management through briefings, written reports, and verbal communication
Work with cross-functional teams to integrate disparate activities and milestones into schedule models
Employ integration, communication, coordination, organizational, and planning expertise to technical and acquisition efforts across several functional disciplines
Perform a range of program management activities, such as: gathering program information; conducting analyses; developing program strategies; milestone planning, tracking, and scheduling; establishing and maintaining schedule model databases
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree and seven (7) years of experience is required. Scheduling and MS Project experience required. Recent experience in system program offices is desired.
USAF Aircraft program experience is desired. Staff experience is highly desired. The position will allow various combinations of education and experience using a 1 year of education for 1 year of experience substitution.
Scheduling and MS Project experience required.
CLEARANCE:
Secret Clearance required with ability to obtain Top Secret Clearance
Must be a U.S. Citizen
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Recent experience in system program offices is desired.
Knowledge in writing and responding to Federal and DoD Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
Previous government contracting industry experience highly desired
Experience with Microsoft PowerBI
Top Secret Clearance
