Aerotek Maintenance Technician in Worthington, Minnesota

*Maintenance Technician – Weekly Pay – Multiple Shifts Available!!*

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team in Harris, Iowa. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal functionality and safety of our facility through routine maintenance and repair tasks. We are seeking people wanting to grow in our company!

Pay: $22 to $30 ( Pay based on experience )

Location: Harris, IA

Shift: (6am – 5pm) OR (5:30pm – 6am) Monday - Friday

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, machinery, and building infrastructure.

  • Conduct inspections and troubleshoot issues to identify and address potential problems before they escalate.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and inspections.

  • Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies to minimize downtime.

  • Collaborate with other team members to improve facility operations and implement preventive measures.

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or training in facilities maintenance preferred.

  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.

  • Strong mechanical and technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot various systems.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

  • Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems is advantageous.

  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects and work in various physical conditions.
