Description This is a great opportunity for someone who is adept at managing projects within a PMO, communicating with key stakeholders and delivering value based on changing expectations. We are seeking a Mid-level to Sr-level Project Manager. Responsibilities

• Follows and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

• Be of help to classify, manage, identify risk for functional improvement requests

• Works closely together and communicates with developers, designers, stakeholders, and technical team members

• Provides detailed reporting to management on project status, risk assessments, and milestone completion

• Forms schedules and milestones, manages project scope and timelines, and inputs from all other teams assigns to that product

• Provide that the functional requirements are met, tracked, and achievable

• Schedules and runs the sprint planning and grooming meetings and tracks ticket assignments

• Defines the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

• Directs project planning

• Supervises deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner

• Exercises as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - leading scrum ceremonies, clearing obstacles and ensuring the team is working effectively

• Work side by side with the Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, QA Manager and Product Specialist

• Aid the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

• Enhances the daily stand-ups, making sure they are brief, focused, and timely

• Teams up with Product Owner/Product Manager to see to it that the product vision and high-level business objectives are apparent and accomplishable

• Offers support to manage dependencies among cross-product teams

• Establishes project with proper ticket workflows and boards

• Works with the Product Owner/Product Manager to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap

• Rallies details from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into testimonials

• Works together with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects Requirements - Experience managing complex cross-functional and technology projects

• Experience in utilizing resource tools to manage capacity, forecast, demand and allocation of people

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent of education and work experience

• Technical experience including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project, etc.) and JIRA or similar application

• Experience leading Agile delivery teams, projects and programs

• 5+ years of project management experience

• Experience leading medium to large custom and/or complex software development and/or implementation projects

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization Technology Doesn't Change the World, People Do.®
