Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production schedules to meet customer demands while maximizing resource utilization and minimizing lead times.

• Coordinate with production supervisors, inventory managers, and other relevant stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of orders.

• Analyze production data, including inventory levels, capacity constraints, and production rates, to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

• Adjust production schedules as needed in response to changing priorities, equipment downtime, material shortages, or other disruptions.

• Collaborate with procurement teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components to support production schedules.

• Monitor production progress and identify potential bottlenecks or delays, taking proactive measures to resolve issues and prevent schedule deviations.

• Communicate production schedules, priorities, and deadlines to relevant departments and personnel, ensuring alignment and understanding across the organization.

• Implement and maintain scheduling software systems or tools to streamline scheduling processes and improve accuracy and efficiency.

• Evaluate and recommend improvements to production processes, equipment utilization, and workflow to optimize overall efficiency and productivity.

• Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements in production scheduling and incorporate relevant insights into our operations.
