Come join a friendly and diverse clinical team that provides quality care! Community Healthlink (CHL) is looking for a Full-time (37.5 hrs/wk) Lead Clinician at our Worcester site.
The Program for Assertive Community Treatment, or PACT, is an intensive and highly integrated evidence based practice for community mental health services. Our team serves 80 individuals age 18 + who struggle with serious and persistent mental illness and whose symptoms result in serious functioning difficulties in several major areas of life, often including work, social relationships, residential independence, money management, and physical health and wellness.
Unlike other community-based programs, PACT is not a linkage case-management program that connects individual’s services. Rather, it provides highly individualized services directly to clients. PACT is multi-disciplinary team model whose goals are to support clients to reduce hospitalizations and to restore and enhance the emotional well-being and level of social functioning of clients. Services are provided in clients’ own homes and communities and are provided 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and 365 days a year. This program serves clients in Worcester and its surrounding areas.
The Lead Clinician directly supports the PACT III team as a supervisor, while maintaining a caseload simultaneously. The job entails both clinical and managerial responsibilities where the person can grow as a leader and also work directly with clients in the field.

Weekly clinical supervision to meet clinical licensing requirements
Carry a client case load and supervision of staff at times when team leader is not available.
Candidate should demonstrate an understanding of dual diagnosis and chronic mental illness
Candidate should be knowledgeable about housing, vocational and educational resources in the community in order to focus on community integration.
Responsible for completion of all paperwork including daily notes and treatment plans
Carries on call phone for after hours and weekends that is rotated through each staff member.
Transporting client as needed.
Perform ither related job duties.

Masters degree in a clinical course of study in behavioral health (social work, psychology, marriage and family therapy, counseling or related field) that meet the academic requirements for independent licensure in psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, or mental health counseling in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. Requires licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, or is actively working towards licensure in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.
Minimum of 1-2 years experience working with program population
Current valid US-issued driver’s license and ability to provide registered, inspected and insured automobile for work related purposes including transporting clients in your own vehicle
Must be able to pass a CORI background check
