Description and Responsibilities
Open Sky is seeking an experienced administrator to fill the role of Operations Manager for Advancement and Community Engagement. They will support the Advancement and Community Engagement teams in daily administrative tasks with the goal of advancing the mission of Open Sky and the agency’s connections in the community.
Other Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Director of Grants and Proposals with prospect research and track organizations and create profile summaries. Organize the schedule of grant reporting deadlines, prepare application templates and workplans, and sync award files.
Provide direct support to the Vice President of Community Engagement by coordinating complex schedules, attending external partnership meetings, managing conference registration, and designing workplans and other tools.
Assist in financial administrative tasks for the division.
Provide administrative and project management assistance for agency events.
Qualifications
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, required.
Valid Driver's License and acceptable driving history, required.
Minimum two years experience in an administrative and/or project management role, required.
Proficiency with Windows-based computer environments and software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook, required.
Excellent organizational and project management skills with the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously, required.
